Meniere’s disease is a disorder of the inner ear resulting in symptoms episodic vertigo, tinnitus, hearing loss and aural pressure. Although exact etiology uncertain, it associated with raised pressure endolymph (endolymphatic hydrops). The diagnosis Meniere's based on clinical setting patient. This usually presents unilateral but can be also bilateral. attacks are random (approximately 6-11 per year), periods remission that last from months to years. Investigations audiometry, electronystagmogram, vestibular evoked myogenic potentials (VEMPs) imaging.The management consist pharmacological non pharmacological. initially progressive fluctuates unexpectedly. It difficult distinguish natural resolutions treatment effects.
